The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Training & Development: Support employee development through training programs and leadership initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes and coaching efforts.
- HR Operations & HRIS Management: Manage HR systems, employee records, and reporting.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engagement & Culture: Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, DEI, and a positive workplace culture.
- Manufacturing HR Support: Address workforce challenges in collaboration with operations teams.
- Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to support business decisions.
- Sensitive HR Matters: Manage cases involving accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR and other departments on initiatives and company goals.
- Analytical & Data-Driven – Ability to interpret HR data and support decision-making.
- HRIS & Technology Proficiency – Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably ADP).
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy and compliance in HR operations.
- Problem-Solving – Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Communication Skills – Effectively interacts with employees at all levels.
- Confidentiality & Integrity – Handles sensitive HR matters professionally.
- Project Management – Manages multiple HR initiatives efficiently.
- Adaptability – Stays current with HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHR/SPHR certification preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
