We’re looking for an experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our team. If you have a background in countertop installation or are a seasoned professional in the trades with a knack for precision and problem-solving, we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a rewarding, hands-on role where your contributions will be recognized and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Preparation:
• Install countertops and related materials with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Load and secure materials and tools daily at our Ixonia shop.
• Drive to job sites across Southeast Wisconsin using work vehicles.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and the project team to ensure seamless installations.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and report any maintenance needs for vehicles or tools.
• Attention to Detail:
• Use hand tools, power tools, and blueprints to bring projects to life.
• Tackle additional tasks as assigned to support the team and complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in countertop installation or a related trade (carpentry, cabinetry, tile work, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools effectively.
• Strong physical ability to lift, push, and pull 100 lbs when needed.
• Flexibility with hours (start times vary between 7:00 AM–8:00 AM) and a willingness to work overtime.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a background check for driving records.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
