Join our Design and Customer Experience (DCE) team as a User Experience (UX) Designer for our Consumer Bank team. Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.As a Senior User Experience Designer in our Design and Customer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various cross-functional partners to create delightful products and experiences for our customers. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our products and will be hands-on in creating prototypes and high-fidelity designs for our web and mobile app. If you are passionate about design and love creating simple, customer-centric solutions to complex problems, we would love to hear from you.Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Product, Research, Content, Tech) and create solutions that align with user needs and business goals.Get hands-on designing end-to-end experiences and UX artifacts leveraging user insights / research to inform your work.Participate in research activities such as user interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability studies, etc.Create UX artifacts for web, mobile, and omnichannel experiences (e.g., journey maps, conceptual models, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes), working in close partnership with content designers and UX researchers.Develop and sustain effective cooperative working relationships with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders.Create presentations and share work, providing rationale for design choices.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)3 years of professional experience designing and delivering customer-facing products and experiences for web and mobileExperience designing and prototyping in FigmaStrong understanding of design best practicesExperience working with cross-functional teams through discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and enablement using Design Thinking and Agile best practicesExperience managing priorities and delivering design work within expected timeframesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
