Senior UX Designer

At Self Esteem Brands, we offer a fun, fast growing, inspirational culture that incorporates a flexible, hybrid work schedule, and gives you the opportunity to transform health on a global scale.Summary : As a Sr. UX Designer at Self Esteem Brands for our Anytime Fitness Member App and Coaching Dashboard, you will be working hand in hand with our Product Managers as a strategic thought partner shaping the global experience for these brands. This means that you will be actively involved in the product development process from the early stages of conceptualization to the final release. You will be responsible for bringing the user’s (guests, members, staff) perspective to the table and ensuring that the product is designed with the user’s needs in mind. This includes conducting user research, creating user personas and scenarios, conducting usability testing, and driving our team’s design process forward.Overall, this role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about design and user experience and has a proven track record of designing exceptional products and thought leadership in design.
