Job Overview : Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for UI / UX Designer contractor with experience in Figma for our Consulting Services team. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our team. As a mid-level designer, you will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing user interfaces for web and dashboard applications, improving usability, and ensuring that the user experience is seamless and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities :
- User Interface Design : Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user needs.
- User Experience Research : Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive (clickable) prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and stakeholders) to define product requirements and iterate on designs.
- Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing to identify pain points and gather feedback for continuous design improvement.
- Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- User-Centered Design : Advocate for the user by keeping their needs at the forefront of the design process and ensuring that designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
- Quality Assurance : Review final designs for technical feasibility and work with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementation.
