Location – Chicago, Hybrid
About the role :
- Plan and conduct research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns
- Foster a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, contributing to the development of user personas, journey maps, and empathy-driven design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to integrate user insights into the product development process
- Present research insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in design reviews to determine usability, accessibility, and desirability
