UnitedHealth Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX / UI Designer to join our new product team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about designing user-centric experiences that resonate across our corporate landscape. Your contributions will be essential in crafting intuitive and seamless digital solutions for our internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces and experiences that meet the unique needs of Corporate Services.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Maintain design consistency and advocate for the user across all touchpoints within our products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs and that user experience standards are met.
- Stay updated on the latest UX / UI trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
