Position Summary:
DeSimone Consulting Engineering is seeking an HR Administrator to support the day-to-day HR needs of our Medellin, Colombia office.
***This position is conducted in English. Candidates must be fluent in English, and all application materials must be submitted in English.***
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for HR related inquiries
- Maintain employee electronic files and ensure that HR records are accurate and up to date
- Daily record-updating including shared teammate status files
- Create onboarding profile for new hires in Ultipro/UKG, create core records in UKG
- Day to Day administration of new hire onboarding process including first day agenda, welcome email, coordinate logistics for new hire with appropriate teams
- MUST be in NY for new hire first day coordination
- Update documents on HR Help (UKG), ensure information is updated and relevant
- Data validation and auditing (assist with UKG/Vision data coordination)
- Ensure data is being synced correctly between UKG and Vision platforms through regular auditing
- Manage various reporting schedules including weekly metrics, headcount reports, Teammate referral tracking, etc.
- Complete VOE requests as required
- I-9 verification and E-verify record entry for all new hires
- Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Organizational development, or related field
- 1 year in professional office environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing the required tasks
- A very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning, prioritization and time management skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn organization’s HRIS
- Proficient in Excel
- MUST be in the office on Mondays to greet New Hires. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in Office
