Allstate Insurance, DeSimone Financial in Brick, NJ an established agency is hiring highly-motivated individuals!
As an Licensed Insurance Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will assist in growing the agency by engaging prospects and customers. This is an in office position - utilizing phone, email, and in-person sales.
Leads are provided and cross-sell opportunities from a large client base are abundant! NO COLD CALLING!
You'll work as a member of a team focused on providing insurance and financial products from a nationally recognized name that help customers protect what's important to them and to achieve a better quality of life through Allstate products and services.

- $41,000 - $48,000 ANNUAL BASE PAY
- BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Responsibilities
- Professional work environment
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- PC skills
- Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Career changers, recent grads and experienced sales individuals encouraged to apply willing to learn
