We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to drive our demand generation marketing and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a new role and will own the full-funnel demand generation strategy, working closely with sales and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. This role is a great opportunity for someone with proven demand generation experience in an inbound-led motion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and optimize paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels including content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, and digital advertising
- Own pipeline generation targets and work closely with sales to define and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes
- Drive continuous growth in trial signups and demo requests while maintaining target CAC
- Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute A / B testing strategies for ad copy, creative, and landing pages
- Create and optimize conversion paths for different customer segments and buyer personas
- Manage monthly digital advertising budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad assets
- Implement tracking and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness
