Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their health status.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
- Provide preventive care, including vaccinations, parasite control, and wellness exams.
- Perform surgeries and dental procedures with precision and compassion.
- Educate and communicate effectively with clients about their pets’ health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
