A partner hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Support Veterinarian to join their team in the Salt Lake City, Utah area . This full-time, clinical role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple practices, offer mentorship, and provide exceptional veterinary care throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Support Veterinarian , you will:
- Provide full clinical duties, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of medical conditions in small animals.
- Travel to multiple hospitals within the Salt Lake City, Utah area , providing hands-on support and quality care to different teams.
- Mentor and collaborate with veterinary staff, promoting growth and enhancing skill development.
- Customize treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each hospital’s team and clientele.
- Maintain high standards of care and contribute to the ongoing development of the hospitals you support.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Have a valid veterinary license in good standing in Utah, or be able to obtain one.
- Bring leadership or mentorship experience, or a strong desire to develop in this area.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams and clients.
- Be adaptable, empathetic, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, traveling role.
