We are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our partner hospital team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be a licensed veterinarian in the state of Mississippi, and have 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian.
The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for the overall management of the veterinary clinic, including patient care, staff supervision, and financial management. The Lead Veterinarian will also be responsible for developing and implementing new programs and initiatives to improve the quality of care provided to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
- Supervise and train veterinary technicians and assistants
- Manage the financial operations of the clinic
- Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve the quality of care provided to patients
- Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
Qualifications:
- DVM
- Licensed veterinarian in the state of Mississippi
- 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
