We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our partner hospital team as a Regional Medical Director. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, but will require travel to other locations in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, as well as experience in leadership and management. They will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the region, and will work closely with our team of veterinarians and technicians to ensure that we are providing the highest level of care to our patients.
Responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director include:
- Overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the region
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for medical care
- Providing training and support to our team of veterinarians and technicians
- Ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our patients and their families
Qualifications for the Regional Medical Director position include:
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a veterinarian
- Experience in leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing the highest level of care to animals
