We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a remote position and you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our company. The manager will identify, build, hire, and manage a team of successful recruiters to find and interview candidates for our company and partner hospitals' open roles. Also, research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase their income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home.

This position is 100% commission; the talent acquisition manager will be compensated based on the amount of placements per month that their team achieves plus their individual placement goals. We also offer monthly incentives and production bonuses.
