Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to animals in an urgent care setting, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Consult with clients to ensure their pets receive the best possible care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours.

Ideal Candidate:

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina.
• 1-2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred, but all experience levels are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
• Passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and making a positive impact on animal health.
