Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients, focusing on urgent care needs.
- Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure effective operations and high standards of patient care.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, becoming an integral part of the local community.
- Support the development and professional growth of clinic staff through the LevelUp training program.
- Manage a diverse caseload of urgent care cases, including surgeries and appointments during clinic hours.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active and in-good-standing veterinary license to practice in Texas (or the ability to obtain licensure).
- Strong interest and experience in urgent care, with the ability to handle cases independently while maintaining collaborative teamwork.
