Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, relationship-based care to patients and clients
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to enhance patient care
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to the clinic’s positive reputation in Ocala
- Encourage professional growth among support staff through the internal LevelUp training program
- Manage a varied caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active state license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
- Passion for veterinary medicine and patient care
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
