Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, relationship-based care to patients and clients
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to enhance patient care
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to the clinic’s positive reputation in Ocala
• Encourage professional growth among support staff through the internal LevelUp training program
• Manage a varied caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active state license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
• Passion for veterinary medicine and patient care
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
