\n- Led the development and execution of the global partnership and negotiation strategy with accommodation providers and hotel chains.
- Conducted thorough evaluation, analysis, and continuous monitoring of key business KPIs to track account performance and implement strategic adjustments to achieve established objectives.
- Defined comprehensive growth strategies, identified new opportunities, and implemented scalable tactics to drive rapid business expansion.
- Ensured the attainment of commercial targets for the designated business vertical by designing and executing data-driven strategies with a strong focus on growth and revenue optimization.
- Maintained close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to maximize the impact and value of strategic alliances.
- Assessed and validated new business opportunities for integration into the strategic partnership network.
- Provided leadership and support to the team, ensuring alignment with performance indicators and achievement of key business goals.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles involving relationship management and the establishment of commercial partnerships with large partners, as well as business development. (Mandatory)
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams. (Mandatory)
- Experience in the hospitality sector and/or OTAs is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing performance indicators and generating insights to support decision-making processes.
- Proactive professionals committed to delivering results, with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of technology-driven business environments, customer-oriented mindset, and high adaptability to dynamic and challenging settings.
