What is this position about?
Production :
This role is responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scanner. This role will also maintain accuracy of our WIP items into D365 (ERP).
Packaging :
This role will move Work-In-Progress (WIP) items from virtual locations to the coinciding packaging lines in D365(ERP) using a scanner. This role will also transact returns of packaging materials back to the warehouse using a scanner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensures accuracy of work orders in ERP system.
- Ensures that transactions are done accurately and timely into ERP system.
- Assists production coordinators with solving discrepancies with work orders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, with equipment if necessary.
