Dessert Holdings is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist , who will support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Sr. HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This position is at our Kennesaw, Georgia facility.
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Serve as a partner to the plant leadership team to provide guidance on human resource issues and on strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain the workforce.
- Work with site leadership on disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition initiatives, and training and development.
- Lead full cycle recruitment efforts including posting open roles internally and externally, conducting interviews, presenting offers and conducting on-boarding and orientation. Maintains relationship with temporary agencies.
- Ensure accurate entry of new hires into HRIS, E-Verify, ADP, Time clock, etc. and prepare new hire files, and complete termination paperwork and coordinate exit interviews.
- Act as first point of contact for employee questions, and support HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment, audits, HRIS and time clock data integrity, internal communications, etc.
