Commercial bakery is looking for a Baker/ Baker Assistant - Full Time or Part Time
Regular workweek, Monday - Friday.
Potential for overtime during busy spring and fall/winter season.
Responsibilities include:
- Greasing pans
- Bake a variety of bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Packing individual desserts
- Cleaning and sanitizing bakery, bakery equipment, and bakery utensils
Requirements
- Able to lift 50lb
- Working with heating equipment
- Constant baking and food prep equipment usage
- Able to work on your feet all day
- Prior experience working in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
