Job Description:
- We are looking for compassionate APRN / NP / FNP / PA to join our team of highly skilled clinical providers in Englewood, NJ. We work in an outpatient clinic, and also contract with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and provide care through home visits.
- The responsibilities include diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders, prescribing medications when clinically appropriate, making recommendations on lifestyle changes, completing patients history and exam, and answering patients' questions.
- We are searching for providers who are kind and compassionate towards their patients, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and have good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Examining patients, evaluating medical histories, addressing patients' questions and concerns.
- Conducting visits to patient’s homes, SNFs, and ALFs to assess living environments, identify health risks, and recommend safety adjustments.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.
- Counseling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and other lifestyle therapies.
- Updating patients' charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments.
- Establishing treatment plans.
- Working with other healthcare staff, including nurses and physicians.
- Prescribing medications and treatment regimens when clinically appropriate for patient care.
Requirements:
- Active medical license and ability to prescribe medications in NJ.
- Knowledge and experience working in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, General Medicine practices.
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus structure available based on productivity

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
