Pay Rate : $15.00 per hour
We are looking for a responsible, mature customer service representative to answer calls, provide professional service, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and happy to assist customers with their dry-cleaning needs. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
The full-time hours are 2 pm to 6 pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. We are closed for all major Holidays with pay after 90 days, vacation after 1 year employment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Excellent customer care and focus; for a positive customer experience
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
- Aim for customer resolution and retention.
