Our culinary offerings are a cornerstone of the Spruce Peak experience. We partner with local farms for globally inspired, locally sourced seasonal menus, weddings, and world-class events. Our international clientele appreciates our modern, inspired cuisine and bespoke epicurean delights. Fine brands like Whistle Pig and Jasper Hill have chosen to have exclusive product partnerships with us.
We are looking to add a Lead Breakfast Cook to our Culinary family here at Spruce Peak. As the Lead Breakfast Cook, you will prepare and cook orders for daily breakfast operations.

Qualifications
- Cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant, is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume establishments, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
