We are looking for a Luxury Residences Property Technician to join our Engineering team at Spruce Peak! As a Luxury Residences Property Technician, you will be an integral member of the team that creates authentic experiences for our guests. Primary responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs in our luxury residence units. Additionally, you will be responsible to respond to guest requests, completing assigned work orders and helping in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property. A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to troubleshoot and knows a thing or two about safety, facility repairs, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of the properties to identify concerns and safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to building codes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the life of equipment and minimize downtime.
- Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns and inquiries courteously and professionally.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training or experience in related field preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge in the building maintenance fields with a minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equal experience, specifically using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment.
- Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general-overall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry. Should also have the ability to troubleshoot in these principles.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun! We do try to maintain consistent schedules.
- While this position requires working with equipment, the best part is the opportunity to be part of a team and interact with guests.
- Valid Driver’s license
