Our culinary offerings are a cornerstone of the Spruce Peak experience. We partner with local farms for globally-inspired, locally sourced seasonal menus, weddings and world-class events.
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Pastry Cook to join our culinary team! As a Pastry Cook, you will work to prepare creative house-made desserts, pastries, and bread. Responsibilities include ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Additionally, you will assist in the ordering and receiving of supplies for event menus.

- Strong Communication Skills
- Attention to details

- Able to accurately follow recipes
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but our skilled Pastry Chefs are willing to train the right candidate.
