The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees Impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis . These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000.
Position Overview: As a Revenue Manager, you will assist the Director of Revenue with overseeing revenue and pricing strategies for Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Your role will directly impact our revenue goals by driving strategic decisions on inventory management, market positioning, and identifying revenue optimization opportunity across all revenue generating areas of the resort. You will be the subject matter expert on distribution, revenue strategy, World of Hyatt, and reservations. You are relentlessly curious, outcome oriented, and lead with a growth mindset.

Job Functions & Responsibilities :
- Data-Driven Insights:Analyze data and reporting to uncover trends, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making across venues.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Prepare and distribute weekly reports and assist DORM in leading revenue optimization calls with stakeholders from sales, marketing, outlets, events, and operations. Present insights, review performance metrics, and collaborate on strategies to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Optimize room inventory across various distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings, and travel partners. Responsible for maintaining parity across all channels
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, events, outlets, and operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Systems Management: Create, deploy, and maintain rates, special offers, and packages. Oversee the maintenance of distribution revenue management systems and tools. Ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
- Forecasting: Support DORM in weekly, monthly, and annual forecast and budget processes.
- Reservations:Responsible for reservations needs for the resort in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards.
- 2 years of Hyatt experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of Hyatt systems.
- 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably at Full Service Resort properties.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets
- Comfortable leading discussions with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, high quality results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, power query, and advanced formulas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in IDEAS G3 preferred but not required
