This includes resolving guest concerns and booking conflicts independently, maintaining the spa via housekeeping and food/beverage service and evaluating best practices, managing spa inventories/stocking, and other job-related duties as assigned. Guest’s privacy and discretion are of importance within this position. This lead role supports the new hire training and ongoing development of Spa Receptionist.
The Spa Supervisor position pays $24.00 per hour.

- Assist in the daily operations for the spa focused on retail, front of house, and partakes in marketing initiatives.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all resort features.
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.
- Manager on Duty when Assistant Director of Operations or management is not present.
- Provide prompt, courteous, top-of-the-line customer service to each and every guest acting as a key example to the rest of the team.
- Ensures that service standards exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with all guest issues and booking conflicts. Ability to professionally and competently resolve guest concerns and/or issues independently.
- Promote Wellbeing to guests & colleagues.
- Collaborate on initiatives with back of house Spa Supervisor.
The Spa Supervisor position pays $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications
- Refined communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email, calendar management, payment processing, and ideally experience with Canvas software.
- Organizational/Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift in indoor and outdoor setting
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience in hospitality - Spa preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and uphold our values while promoting wellbeing
