Business is BOOMING and we are in immediate need of Main Line & Express Service Writers to help us provide the HIGHEST LEVELS of customer service to our AMAZING customers!

Service Advisors/Writers Responsibilities:

-Answering phones

-Overseeing service orders and flow of the Drive Lane

-Distributing the work between technicians in an efficient manner

-Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous & professional service

-Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle's problems or service, warranty and repairs

Ideal Service Writer/Advisor Candidates:

-HIGH-VOLUME service department experience required

-Minimum 1 Years Prior Service Writer/Advisor Experience is Preferred

-ANY service center/collision center experience is a HUGE Plus

-Main Line Service Writer experience is a HUGE plus

-KIA product knowledge, or other import, is a PLUS but NOT Required

-Experience writing warranty repair orders is a HUGE plus

-Strong customer service skills with focus on achieving high CSI at or above company standards

-Strong sales skills

-Professional appearance & demeanor preferred

-Strong organizational skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Bilingual Ability is a PLUS (Spanish/English)

-Basic computer skills (Familiarity with DealerTrack & Total Customer Connect is a PLUS)

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service

-Must be on time and dependable
