Job Summary : As an Independent Travel Agent with our host agency, you will be responsible for planning and booking all aspects of travel for your clients. This includes, but is not limited to : Consulting with clients : Understanding their travel needs, preferences, and budget to create personalized itineraries. Researching and recommending travel options : Flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, cruises, and travel insurance. Booking reservations : Utilizing our booking platform and supplier relationships to secure travel arrangements. Providing exceptional customer service : Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Building and maintaining client relationships : Networking and marketing your services to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Staying up-to-date on travel trends and destinations : Participating in training opportunities and industry events. Managing your own business : Tracking expenses, managing client payments, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities :
- Develop and present travel quotes and itineraries.
- Process payments and issue travel documents.
- Handle client communication before, during, and after travel.
- Stay current with travel advisories, visa requirements, and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and ethical practices. Qualifications :
