Job Title: Virtual Destinations Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Destinations Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations for clients seeking unique travel experiences around the world, all through virtual consultations. You will leverage digital tools to curate customized itineraries, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for clients without the need for in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Travel Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and goals, then design tailored travel experiences to match
• Personalized Itinerary Creation: Curate customized travel itineraries, including destination recommendations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options, based on the client’s preferences and budget
• Destination Expertise: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, popular destinations, and unique experiences around the globe to provide clients with the best options for their trips
• Seamless Virtual Coordination: Manage and coordinate all travel logistics virtually, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers, ensuring that every detail is covered
• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by offering expert advice, keeping communication open, and providing ongoing support throughout the planning process
• Technology Utilization: Utilize virtual platforms and travel technology to streamline the planning process, offer virtual destination tours, and enhance the client experience
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or changes in the itinerary promptly, providing creative solutions and ensuring a smooth, worry-free travel experience
• Follow-up & Feedback: Stay in touch with clients after their trip, gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction and to improve future planning
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the travel industry, event planning, or customer service
• Exceptional communication skills, with a comfort level conducting virtual meetings and consultations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to design and manage customized travel itineraries virtually
• A deep passion for travel, exploration, and helping others discover the world
• Proficiency with digital tools and travel management platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload
• Knowledge of travel restrictions, regulations, and safety protocols is a plus
