Our attention to detail ensures all aspects of the team's travel are meticulously planned and booked. Our clients benefit by being looked after by individuals that have worked alongside various professional sports clubs for many years. They bring learnings achieved whilst working with one club to resolve a problem that may adversely affect another. We say with confidence that there are not many scenarios that at least one of the global team has not come against in the past. From complex movement schedules on a multi destination pre / post season tour, to world tournaments and mid-season training camps, we're on hand throughout to ensure all are delivered to the highest standards.
Due to an exciting year of growth we are now looking for a Team Travel Manager to research, manage and oversee the operational delivery of team travel for allocated teams.
No two days are the same in this exciting new role, but as part of your role you will
- Manage all team travel both in the US and overseas for allocated teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on behalf of allocated teams.
- Manage day to day relationships with assigned teams, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Oversee team operations in person and / or remotely as required.
- Accurately process data to ensure compliance data security standards.
- Raise invoices promptly.
- Protect business cashflow
- Support colleagues & wider teams as / when required.
- Input data into internal systems and maintaining accuracy through completion dates
- Responsive communication (follow up & follow through) with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- A willingness to work untraditional business hours, which may include after-hours and / or weekends.
- Help and support in minimising or eradicating the harm our business operations inevitably inflicts on the environment.
- Be able to travel in US and oversees as / when required.
