Job Description
This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can coach and develop a sales team to achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests and learning about their needs and preferences.
- Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains a positive shopping environment.
- Developing product knowledge and using it to sell and market a wide range of apparel.
- Coaching and training team members to improve their selling skills and behaviors.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is desirable.
- Experience in an Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a commission-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to neighboring stores when needed.
- The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
