We are actively hiring for a Community Outreach Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong sales presentation and closing skills, thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit and insists on the highest standards in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Manager:
Assists in developing and implementing an overall department plan to maintain and increase new patient referral
Maintaining good relations with new and existing referral sources
Work in conjunction with the Marketing Department to develop and renew contents on marketing materials
Ensure CRM data accuracy on marketing database for referrals/resources
Conduct routine and frequent business development visits to potential and current referral sources to keep census up
Assist staff with promotional events including CE events, internal and external events, etc.
Able to work closely with management and East Coast team
Other duties as assigned
This position will be expected to:
Sell services and build relationships
Meet and exceed set Quota
Turn prospects into clients
Build relationships with Medical and Mental Health Professionals
Take charge of a designated territory and build a solid client base
Attend weekly team meetings (currently remote, may change based on business needs)
Assist in promoting special events
