Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them on their health insurance options, and helping them select the best plans to fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Educate clients on various health insurance plans and benefits
- Assist clients in selecting the best coverage options based on their needs
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience required – we provide training!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Applications is a plus
- Must have or be willing to obtain a 2-15 health insurance license (assistance provided)
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
