We’re looking for a talented Client Wealth Coordinator (Associate Advisor) who is self-driven and passionate about financial planning and helping client families thrive. In this role, you’ll be right in the action, supporting financial planning, tax strategies, and wealth management while working with our Client Wealth Strategists (Lead Advisors) every day. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accountable for superior client connection and on-going management of client relationships.
· Committed to understanding and coordinating all elements of the client’s financial structure and will serve as the first point of contact for client advice inquiries.
· Committed to supporting the Client Wealth Strategist (CWS) in all areas of client experience.
· Coordinate administrative tasks with clients’ outside advisors, attorneys, CPAs, insurance agents, etc.
· Communicates needed meeting cadence, leads scheduling, and ensures meeting dates are met.
· Coordinates and collaborates on all elements of client service with the rest of the team.
· Performs quality control review of all client deliverables.
· Participates in client meetings.
· Responsible for gathering and ensuring that all client meeting data is recorded and maintains integrity in the CRM to include recording detailed notes in CRM software on tasks, client records, activities, etc.
· Responsible to maintain client file (electronic) and documentation.
· Supports the Client Wealth Strategist in onboarding clients.
· Accountable for client service that leads to client satisfaction and retention.
· Contributes to firm growth by identifying opportunities to do more client work for existing clients and/or gathering new assets from existing clients.
· Identify process improvement and own execution in some instances.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Has CFP designation with strong financial planning acumen.
· At least three years of experience in direct financial planning and advice in
· either a Lead Advisor or Associate Advisor role.
· Self-motivated and driven with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete
· responsibilities in a timely fashion.
· Personal agency with the ability to solve problems independently.
· Highly collaborative with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
· Empathetic and respectful with a strong desire to help team members and
· clients.
· Highly adaptive with the understanding that client and firm needs evolve over
· time.
· A high level of integrity and honesty in all work and interactions.
· A detail enthusiast and implementer who loves people, the art of advice and
· client service.
· Proven relationship building skills and comfort working directly with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
