As a Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms. Your role will involve content creation, community management, paid advertising, and campaign analysis to build and strengthen our brand’s presence online. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with the overall business goals and help drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences
- Manage daily social media activity, including responding to comments and messages, fostering online community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Monitor trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date on social media best practices
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize them for performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Report on social media performance and provide insights to key stakeholders
