**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and changing bed linens.
- Accompany clients on errands and to appointments as necessary.
- Engage clients in conversation and provide companionship.
- Report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client care activities.
**Requirements:**
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

- CPR and First Aid certification are advantageous.
