What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aide position at Destiny Healthcare Services - Chicago?
Compensation and Benefits :
This is a full-time position, with a salary of $18 per hour.
Employees are paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals to clients according to their dietary needs.
Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration, as directed by a healthcare professional.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and changing bed linens.
Accompany clients on errands and appointments, as needed.
Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients.
Report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities.
Requirements :
LOOKING FOR POLISH SPEAKER
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or similar role is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a genuine desire to help others and a compassionate demeanor.
