💰 Competitive Pay Scale
- Base Pay: $12.00/hour
- 1st Shift (7 AM – 3 PM): $1.00/hour = $13.00/hour
- 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM): $2.00/hour = $14.00/hour
- 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM): $3.00/hour = $15.00/hour
