Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Oversight:
- Supervise the delivery of nursing services to clients in their homes, ensuring that care plans are followed and adjusted as necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and outcomes to improve service delivery.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff and ensure they adhere to best practices and agency policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations regarding home health care.
- Ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies and standards of care.
4. Operational Management:
