Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Colorado team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and a solid understanding of electrical systems. Key qualifications include:

• Familiarity with solar technology, including SolarEdge, Tesla systems, inverters, and rewiring.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve issues with manufacturers (RMAs).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

During the training period, employees will be paid $25 per hour. Upon successful completion of training, they will transition to a panel pay structure. This role requires a commitment to long workdays and in-state travel to various project sites.
