Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Detail Specialist who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ boats are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of boats, both in the shop and on location.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored services.
• Assist with the organization and upkeep of our shop and mobile units.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high-quality results.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in detailing, cleaning, or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Employment Type:
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Evening shifts and additional tasks available at our shop.
