Purpose
This role is integral to achieving our team’s goal of delivering high-quality solar installations, upgrades, repairs, and removals/reinstalls on time while exceeding customer expectations. By ensuring the safe and efficient installation of solar systems, you will play a key role in helping us make a meaningful impact in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and Execute: Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops according to project specifications, schematics, and safety standards.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with team members to ensure timely, quality installations that meet or exceed expectations.
- Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify optimal locations for solar panel systems.
- Follow Standards: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry safety standards.
- Problem-Solve: Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and resolve challenges related to solar systems.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate power tools, forklifts, and other construction machinery as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven background as an electrician or a similar construction-related role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC regulations, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and capable of lifting materials.
- Safety-Minded: Knowledge of roof safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure job site.
- Problem-Solver: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with the installation crew.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50 - $29.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
