Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and use cleaning solutions for various tasks, including trash removal, window cleaning, furniture polishing, and restroom maintenance.
- Monitor building security and safety (e.g., lock doors, report hazards).
- Notify supervisors of major repairs, supply needs, or equipment issues.
- Maintain floors using methods such as mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, and polishing.
- Perform occasional non-routine maintenance tasks like stripping and sealing floors.
- Support team schedules to cover absences and complete special projects.
- Adhere to all company and contract safety policies and procedures.
- Build trust and strong client relationships by delivering top-notch customer service.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of janitorial experience in a community or commercial setting.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Dependable, honest, hardworking, and punctual.
- Fast-paced work ethic with pride in a job well done.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
Shift Availability:
- Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 PM-9 PM (some weekend work required).
