Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Industrial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our ratchet straps and deck bars through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The shift runs Monday through Friday 7 am to 330 pm. No weekends or holidays are require. This is a commission based position and is paid per repair made to ratchet straps and deck bars.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ratchet straps and deck bars.
- Utilize basic hand tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair the ratchet straps and deck bars.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they become significant problems.
