Job Summary
We're hiring detail-oriented Overnight Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and environmental responsibility.
We run cleanings crews Sunday nights - Thursday nights. Friday & Saturdays off!
We're looking for someone who wants to work 2-5 shifts a week.
No experience is needed. We're happy to train, & training is paid!
Equipment is provided.
Must have a valid driver's license and live in the area (no relocation assistance).
Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning of all surfaces.
- Execute custodial tasks including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and stain removal to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing hard surface floors as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines while using cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Work well with other cleaning technicians to make sure each job is properly cleaned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Document services performed and report any issues or additional needs identified during the cleaning process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning not necessary.
- Ability to follow instructions & finish tasks on your own.
- Must be able to meet at our shop in Anoka ON TIME before each shift
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to life 50 pounds, move tables, & equipment
- Familiarity with environmental services practices is advantageous.
