We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join a dynamic team in providing high-quality plumbing services. This role involves installing, repairing, modifying, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions
• Modify and upgrade existing plumbing systems to accommodate new fixtures or changes in building design
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
• Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and professional repairs and installations
• Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and hours worked
  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber or 5 years of apprenticeship experience
• Valid plumbing license with photo identification
• Expertise in installing, repairing, and servicing plumbing systems, including modifications and upgrades
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best installation practices
• A copy of W-9 form is required
