Position Description:
Fireye is seeking a full-time, Contractor, Customer Service Administrator to provide support to Key Account Managers, distributors, and customers by addressing inquiries related to anticipated delivery timelines, pricing, and product availability for both domestic and international orders. Extensive collaboration with the planning, shipping, commercial, product management, and Reliability/RMA departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Perform filing duties to maintain organized records.
- Prepare and manage quotations for customers.
- Process order entries for purchase orders (POs).
- Handle order entries for warranty claims.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customers.
- Expedite orders based on customer requests.
- Provide shipping updates and status reports.
- Obtain and provide proof of deliveries as needed.
- Manage changes or cancellations of items on orders.
- Act as a liaison between Fireye and the Derry Chamber of Commerce to facilitate document signing.
- Coordinate international shipping for customer orders.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other departments as needed.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
One to three years of Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
